RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

Return Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the order must meet all of the following conditions:
- The order still includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is identical to the one that came with the product.
- The product shows normal handling. Damage caused by careless handling is not covered by the right to return.
- The hygiene products have been properly cleaned before starting the return process.
- The product defect was discovered immediately after receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
- The return will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this time.
We reserve the right to refuse returned products if we suspect they have been used or damaged by the customer.
How to return an order
If your order meets the above criteria, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Email
Send an email to: info@AuriHelsinki.fi with the subject “Return request”. -
Information
Make sure the email includes: order number, reason for return request, picture of product with possible damage, customer's first and last name, and address. -
Wait
We will contact you and provide you with the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the sender — wait for the return address you receive. -
Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to our central warehouse in Asia.
NEVER send a return directly to the sender — always wait for the return address you provided us.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS — RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following conditions if the consumer is a private individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are mainly outside his trade, business or profession.
Cancellation period: 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the last products.
As we deliver orders using a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, the delivery process cannot be interrupted before the product is received. Refunds are not possible without returning the product after receipt.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (AuriHelsinki) (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal will take effect when we receive the products. The costs of returning the product are at the buyer's expense.
Orders in transit:
Since our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer, which is beyond our control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until the products are received and then return them. You can notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest return, we ask that you send confirmation of shipment as soon as the product has been returned.
Consequences of cancellation:

- All payments received
- Excluding additional shipping costs
- Refund within 14 days
- Same payment method used for purchase
What is NOT refunded:
- Return costs
- Additional delivery costs (e.g. choosing a more expensive delivery method)
- Damage caused by improper handling of the product
Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the product.
All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
